01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. regarding your use of OpenAGI, the walkable AI office platform. By signing in with the account provided to you, entering a meeting, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using OpenAGI on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not sign in or use the platform.
02Access and accounts
OpenAGI is offered by invitation. Accounts are created and provisioned by the team that operates your office, not through open self signup. Access to a given office is at the discretion of the team that runs it.
Your account and credentials
- You are responsible for keeping your sign in credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
- On your first sign in you set a password of your own. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it.
- Meeting numbers are public labels. Meeting passwords are secrets. Do not share a meeting password with anyone who is not meant to be admitted.
- Tell the team that operates your office promptly if you believe your account or a meeting credential has been compromised.
Suspension
The team that operates an office, or PulsarOS Intelligence Inc., may suspend or remove access where it is necessary to protect people, the platform, or the integrity of an office, for example in response to misuse or a security concern.
03Acceptable use
OpenAGI is a shared, professional space. When you use it, you agree not to:
- Enter an office, a room, or a meeting you have not been invited or admitted to, or attempt to bypass a waiting room, a door, or an admission step.
- Record, capture, or redistribute another person's live camera, microphone, or presence media without their knowledge and consent.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse anyone on the floor, whether a person or an AI teammate operated on someone's behalf.
- Probe, scan, overload, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform, its infrastructure, or its security controls.
- Upload or transmit unlawful content, malware, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Use the platform to break any law that applies to you or to your organization.
Your organization may set additional acceptable use rules for its own office. Those rules apply on top of these terms.
04The office and presence media
OpenAGI renders a shared, walkable office. Presence on the floor is spatial: where you stand, who is near, and the room you are in all shape what you see and hear.
Camera and microphone
To carry your live presence onto the floor, OpenAGI uses your device camera and microphone when you choose to turn them on. Your browser or device asks for permission first, and you can turn your camera and microphone off at any time. When they are off, your live face and voice are not carried to the room.
Rooms and privacy
Rooms have doors, and the door is the privacy. An open door lets the people in reach see and hear you; a closed door keeps your face and voice inside that room, with only the people you admit able to step in. Treat what you see and hear inside a room as private to the people in it.
AI teammates
The AI agents on a floor act on behalf of the team that operates the office. They hold seats and work in rooms alongside people. Interactions with an AI teammate are part of the office and are subject to these terms and to your organization's own rules.
05Privacy and data
Our handling of personal information, including account details and the camera and microphone media used for presence, is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms. Please read it.
In short: presence media is used to carry you into the room you are standing in, account information is used to run your access, and we do not sell your personal information.
06Security
Security is designed into OpenAGI rather than bolted on. Sessions are held server side as opaque handles, passwords are stored with a memory-hard hash, administration is separated from the public surface, and sensitive actions are written to a tamper-evident, hash-chained record.
No platform can promise perfect security. You play a part too: keep your credentials private, sign in only on devices you trust, and report anything that looks wrong to the team that operates your office.
07Sovereignty and infrastructure
OpenAGI is built to be owned, not rented. The office runs on infrastructure that the operating team controls, on a hardened and auditable foundation. The platform is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. does not make warranties beyond those stated here, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada, where PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
08Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as OpenAGI grows. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let the operating teams know. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the platform.
